Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew everything that was required from nuts to bolts for the sale of the condo. Tim knows the area well. He was straightforward truthful and honest. My entire experience was painless and no stress involved. Yyou often hear horror stories about the sales of homes this was totally the exception. I would refer Tim and Merrimack Realty to anybody that I know is going through the sale of real estate.
