Tim and his company have been managing our property for over 2 years. We had to leave New England rather quickly and Tim made us feel very comfortable leaving the management of our condo in his hands. He was able to find someone to rent our place within a week or two prior to us leaving and had the  place cleaned and ready for our tenants to move in within a week after we moved. We have not had any issues and have and will continue to recommended Tim.
